Here are topics that I have supported clients with but as everyone’s coaching story is unique, it is not a complete list. Confidentiality between myself and my client is of paramount importance so I would not share any confidential details.

- I have worked with Business Owners who don’t have time to focus on leading their business to reach its potential as they are stuck doing the day-to-day activities, so we devised effective leadership strategies to bring their focus upward to achieve a strategic overview.
- I have explored leadership structures and responsibilities with MDs/CEOs to support restructuring decisions. These conversations can focus as much around raising self-awareness as they do about organisational structures, often the discussion can be around being confident, authentic and inclusive.
- Executives who wanted to improve their influencing skills or increase their impact in presentations or meetings. I have had discussions around increasing confidence or experience of imposter syndrome.
- One Entrepreneur wanted to explore a business idea they had more fully with me before pitching it to their company, so I was their objective strategic thinking partner to better develop and critique this new idea before it was launched.
- Often coaching for a Senior Leader can explore themes of isolation, challenging relationship even loneliness in the most senior of positions which can create rich discussion and is rewarding and empowering for the individual to unpack and understand, ultimately sharpening their effectiveness and can improve the employee experience too. I’ve supported Leaders in Education/Heads/Deputy Heads and designed coaching plans to align with the academic year for a newly promoted Deputy Head.
- I have supported new Mums on their return to work whilst continuing to develop their career aspirations and have helped clients refocus career plans at different stages of their work life like achieving promotions or changing roles.
- I've run my ‘consider and clarify’ one off 3-hour session on what to do after an unexpected redundancy, for another we shaped an approach to retirement.
- For some clients it is about helping them to find a sense of balance or purpose in their whole life – this is especially relevant currently with the amount of change and adverse situation we may be facing into.
- Other times the topic can be specifically focused on changing one singular element like a behaviour or a lifestyle choice. Another time it was to support an individual who was trying to achieve everything and felt they were falling short on all counts.
From this you can see the support coaching gives is extensive, regardless of whether you name it business, career, or life coaching.
My coaching focuses on you as the individual, not on your job title or status. We will work on your preferred solution at your desired pace and level of change too in a safe, warm, and confidential environment.
My belief is that you as my client has the capability or solutions already within you or subconsciously know what you want to achieve but need the catalyst of my coaching expertise or leadership development to support you to unlock and clarify your way too your desired outcome - to be your very best.
