Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• By providing us with your name, contact details and type of business via our contact us form on this website, we use this data to create a bespoke coaching plan

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep your personal data for 24 months after our contract has ended. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from our network.
