My purpose and driver in setting up my business is to support people to be their very best.  

I noticed that despite my successful leadership career, I was becoming unfulfilled as the most important and satisfying part of my role, that of developing people at all levels, was becoming smaller and a less valued part of my role so I took the decision to leave my job, use my professional qualifications, my experience, and capabilities to set up in service of my clients.  Now my coaching enables all clients to achieve their ambitions or to reach their potential whatever walk of life they are from.
